EL VIEJO ALMACÉN

The building dates back to the late 18th century, specifically to 1769 during the Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata, when it initially served as a campaign store. In 1969, Edmundo Rivero founded "El Viejo Almacén." In 1982, the Honorable City Council of Buenos Aires declared it a Cultural Interest Site. The show takes the audience back to the golden era of tango, evoking the times of malevos and arrabales. It features a folklore performance, a typical orchestra of 6 musicians, 4 pairs of dancers, and renowned singers. The venue has a capacity of 120 people.
