Don Silvano opens the doors to his authentic Argentine agricultural-ranching farm where everyday life unfolds in his fields. The ranch is located 87 kilometers from downtown Buenos Aires.

Itinerary:

11:00 AM: Reception at the Adobe Ranch (traditional field construction) with empanadas, wine, and juice.

11:30 AM / 1:00 PM: Free time with various activities to choose from: visit a museum, ride horses, or take a tractor ride.

1:00 PM: Traditional barbecue with chorizo, blood sausage, short ribs, flank steak, and chicken. Accompanied by typical salads such as lettuce, potato, and egg. Drinks include red and white wine, beer, soda, sparkling and still water. For dessert: ice cream or coffee. During lunch, enjoy a show with Argentine folk singing and dances like zamba, gato, chacarera, malambo, malambo with boleadoras, drum show, chamamé, tango, and more.

3:00 PM: Demonstration of criollo skills: Gauchos will show off their abilities, such as the Cuadrera Races, the Ring Race, and how they tame horses.

4:00 PM: Time for mate, accompanied by delicious sweet pastries with quince.

4:30 PM: End of activities and return to Buenos Aires.
